Microsoft account locked and haven't received any assistance for two weeks

Hello,

I don't really know what else to do, so I figured this would be a good last place to post my situation. On Nov. 4th of this year I went to log in to my e-mail inbox on my PC and I got this message:

Your Account has been locked

We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.

The last thing I was doing with my account was watching Netflix on my X-box. I then went to check my e-mails and saw that. I've filled out five Account Reinstatement forms and have spoken with the Microsoft support line techs about six times now. They either tell me to fill out that form again or to wait another 24 hours. It's been two weeks now and I haven't heard back from the Online Safety Support agents, no e-mails or phone calls. I have no idea what happened to my account or how to proceed. I use this account for my home business and this is extremely inconvenient. Any ideas? Thank you
