My Microsoft Account was hacked and microsoft support is not helping.

To whom it may concern,

My Microsoft account was compromised along with the email I use to log into it. Therefore, the hacker was able to change some of my privacy settings and change the two factor verification to a temporary email instead of my cell phone. Everytime I go to sign into the account, it forces me to reset my password but because I do not have access to the hackers account, I cannot send a verification code to it. I have called Microsoft support over 10 times and only once has anyone been helpful. They filled out a global escalation form on my behalf and told me to contact microsoft support if they have not reached out to me in 24 hours...It has now been 24 hours and still no response. All I want to know is that someone from Microsoft is actively working on this issue. I have been a supporter of microsoft since I have been a child and I would love some support in return. I have read on reddit before of people solving their issues this way due to the visibility of the posting. Someone please help. Thank you!
