Reactivated Account continously gets locked for breach of community standards.

Hey all. As the title says my account keeps getting automatically locked and disabled and I don't see any justification for it.Anyway, the back story. It turns out I originally made an account in 2008, didnt use it and shut it down. I have since moved cities and re-activated it. I sent a friend request and then the account got locked for inappropriate use, bit of a wtf moment. I got asked to send a photo and apply for a review yet it continuously keeps getting rejected. How can I get this resolved?Cheers
