Is there a better way to manage accounts as an agency without using my personal account?

Facebook business has been a headache for me, mostly because at first glance it is incredibly convoluted. However, once (if ever) you get used to it, it's not that bad.The question I have, is how do you manage multiple accounts without using your personal account? What I have been doing lately is creating fake accounts and then giving those accounts access to edit pages. The reason why I'm doing this is because if one of my pages gets banned or flagged it won't jeopardize my personal account. This happened to me a few months back. We posted something on a meme page it got flagged and I couldn't access my account for 30 days. This was awful because it affected every page I had under management. Not only that, I wasn't even able to add other profiles on to my pages so that someone else can manage them while I was in Facebook jail.I remember reading that you can create a Facebook Bussiness account that's separate and will only give you access to that end, but I'm unsure.Am I the only one that feels like Facebook has really dropped the ball on its business management tool? Do you have any solutions or suggestions?
