TL;DR - Rift S or Vive Cosmos? The only thing dissuading me from getting a Rift S is the fact that Oculus is owned by Facebook. I'm afraid of them pushing some unremovable intrusive Facebook-related ad BS to my experience. I do have a Facebook account, so naturally you'd be like "What's the issue?," but recent scandals by them have decayed my trust in them. I'd buy a Rift S in a heartbeat if I could be convinced otherwise. On the other hand, I'm happy to pay extra for the Vive Cosmos, but I've seen reviews and stories of it being a sub-par experience, especially for the price.I'd primarily use it for game development purposes, but I'm inevitably gonna be gaming on it at some point lol. What do?
