Not able to download anything off of Microsoft Store and Windows Update error (0x80080005)

Hello,

I am not able to download anything off the microsoft store whether it be Forza Horizon 4 or Spotify nothing works. Here is a video with what happens with it here.

Also with the Windows Update error when I am trying to search for a update I get that error (0x80080005) and when I try to troubleshoot the windows update the troubleshooter gets stuck on Pending request.

Any help would be greatly appreciated if more info is needed let me know thanks!
