Someone has left a false review on my page after they saw an advertisement of mine and thought it was “spam”. I can’t remove to review and it’s effecting my business.

As the title says, a woman who has never even used my business is slandering it in a review. When I contacted her she replied “well then stop spamming me!” It’s now brought down my previous 5 star review, as a self employed small business I’m feeling embarrassed.
