Not really sure how to proceed, I cant find customer service online and the app will not get me to the "help" section as far as I can tell.
I used uber a while back, now I'm trying to get back into my account to use it again. Unfortunately it is asking me to verify the old credit card details. I no longer have that card, as it was quite some time ago. Theres nothing to click on in app at this page (unless I'm blind, pretty sure I'm not).
Is there anyway to move forward? It almost seems like there has to be, but I can't find any info online. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
