About a week I couldn't sign into my live.com email because it said the password has been changed. I've tried to do the recovery online a dozen times and the automated system tells me that my information isn't sufficient enough. I also called the 800 number. The number is an automated system that tells me they are having issues and says it transfer me to a customer service rep. Then it hangs up on me every time.
