WTF Facebook - I want to download my data...but I'm not me? Photo Required? Now I can't log in because I don't know what bloody computer you're trying to have me login from.

WTF - I just want to download my data and delete it. But now facebook has locked me out because my State ID doesn't match their system (because I've never uploaded that photo before). So now they're asking "Please login using a different computer you used in the past." But they don't tell me the NAME of this computer or anything like that.So WHAT THE F am I supposed to do?Thank you all for your help.
