I have a Lenovo ideapad but every time I try and reset it, it just doesn’t do anything. I am trying to reset it so I can reinstall windows 10. I need to do this because my password is not working after I reset it, it says it is offline so I was told this was the only option. I have no idea what to do and I’m hoping someone here can tell me.
