So, for the third time in less than 1 year...
today i had to contact customer service to have my vehicle LPN changed from what Ubers computer system changed it to back to my actual LPN.
I am in California. All license plates are alpha-numeric and 7 digits (unless they're custom and even then only 7 characters) Uber keeps switching my LPN to an 8 digit all numeric number.
This is especially problematic to me because of all the recent problems with "wrong car, borrowed account, etc...
Anyone else having this issue?
