This is what will happen if you don't receive your Google order. {

If needed, we'll be happy to provide details related to your order.Appreciate your time and patience.October 26I understand Google is not at fault; however, Canada Post advised me that Google would need to follow up with them to launch the investigation: If that's not the case, could you let me know what I'll need to do?October 27Thanks for replying to Google Support!Hope you are doing well. This is the process as told to me by a Canada post employee and no further action can be taken by me, including launching an investigation. Google isn't going to lose money on this, so I don't know why they're dragging their feet on this. What has Google been doing for the last week that finally led to the exact answer (word for word) that I got after a 5 minute chat?Today, 5:30 AMHope you are doing well. I am sorry to know that. I will check on this with the dedicated team and once we have an update, we will get back to you via email as soon as possible.Today, 2:44 PMHope you are doing well. We’ve carefully reviewed your case and our records confirm that your order was successfully delivered to the address you provided....Unfortunately, we’re unable to replace your order as Google has fulfilled our services by successfully delivering your complete order to the location you provided.Today, 3:21 PMLet the record show that I've tried my best to resolve this with Google, and all I get are automated copies of the same response. Canada Post is waiting to hear from you so they can compensate Google for the loss. I'm now taking this to PayPal, so your financial people can expect to hear from them soon if they haven't already. You could have gotten the money back weeks ago and this all could have been over. I don't need this, you don't need this. Be better.
