I purchased goods from a Facebook seller and now I believe their account is gone and I have nothing. What can I do?

I’m part of a Facebook group that’s dedicated to buying and selling, and the page was very well maintained so I thought it was pretty safe to buy off of.I decided to wait a couple of days and look around before buying, and when I did I thought everything was fine. We talked for a couple of days, and then she offered me multiple item photos that all showed the same stuff, and then I paid, but now I have noticed her account is missing and I (like a moron) used western union to pay, so I think I’m just out the money.Is there anything I can do?
