Can I set a pc to not use base stations 2.0s?

I have 2 vr setups in the same room my boyfriend and I want to use. I have to use 1.0 stations for the controllers as they are 1.0 vive controllers but since it's a vive pro headset it connects to my 4x 2.0s making the 1.0 controllers not work.I would like to set my valve index/knucles to only use 2.0s and set my other pc with the vive stuff to only use 1.0s is this possible or will I have to get another pair of knucles for it to function properly?
