Whenever I download chat history from my FB information, photos and other media do not load in conversations when opened in browsers.

For the last week or so whenever I've tried to download my messenger information the media in my conversations don't load. Where there are supposed to be photos only the broken pic icon appears and the voice messages can't be played. Previous chat histories still load their media, but just lately it doesn't seem to be working whenever I download it. Whenever I click the broken pic icon I get this screen.
