My account has been deactivated for the greater part of the last 4 years. I keep activating it for short bursts in between. Anyways, the current status is deactivated. Now, when I tried to login (and thereby activate my account) I get taken to a page that asks me to enable 2FA. There are two options here. Either "Learn More" or "Get Started" . Choosing "Learn More" just gives me info about 2FA, so I select "Get Started". However, this just takes me back to the main login page that asks me to enter my credentials. Rinse repeat.
I've tried recovering my account - via forgot password, I get a numerical code to my mobile number and all that, can change my password etc. But once I try to login, its the same problem. I obviously cannot recover my account from a friends account because my account is still deactivated. I've tried posting on their Help Centre but to no avail.
Trying to login via their App (Android) does give me an intermediate page that states "oops something went wrong and they'll look into it" . But its been months and nothing's really changed.
Any suggestions?
