Which online video-chatting platform works best for transcribing audio?

I’m gonna have to transcribe meetings in some kind of web-based video chat software.

My school subscribes to both WebEx and Microsoft Teams. I think both can record videos/audio and I think both can transcribe audio. Which one is better for transcription? I’m gonna need some kind of document with the transcribed audio.

With WebEx and Microsoft Teams, does the non-host person have to have those apps?

I think Zoom also transcribes, but I don’t think my school subscribes to Zoom so I don’t think the transcription feature would be available.

I don’t think Google Hangouts transcribes.
