Did anyone get banned without any explanation? because i logged in today after a month and i was banned.

Hi guys, my account has been disabled, and i haven't used it for one month, same with Instagram. Has anyone had this before? is there a way to recover? because i have contacts i have stored since 2008, i tried to reach out to the team but they had made up their minds to ban me it seems because i cant find a support number.
