It really pisses me that even though the majority of customers are reasonable and understanding there is always the AH that blames the couriers for something that is clearly the restaurant’s responsibility.
We are in a PANDEMIC. If you expect us to open your effing bags and put our hands inside to check your items, you are insane.
Even if we ask if everything is included, if the bag is SEALED, then how the F do you expect us to check your items?
