I'm in Texas, where cases are still rising quickly. I just got out of a ride where the driver wasn't wearing a mask (the mask was hanging over his gear shift). I didn't realize he wasn't wearing the mask until I was already in the car. I didn't say anything because I was nervous. Can/should I report him? I'm not sure it's okay to report him since I didn't actually say anything to him or ask him to put the mask in.
