Getting Started with VR

Hello Lads,As you can tell by the title, I want to begin my VR journey with the Oculus Quest. And to support that sentiment, I have a few questions, but before that a little background:I mainly play on PC, my current specs are a 1660ti, an i5-4960k and 16gb of Ram.On with the questions!1 - Do you reckon my current PC setup is at least decent to play Vr, or do I really need some upgrades?2 - As stated before, I plan on buying the Oculus quest, but from your experience, is there any other Headset you would recommend for me to buy instead? I would like to keep the price range around the quest's but a tad over isn't going to be an issue.3 - Regarding the Oculus quest, since I will focus mostly, if not entirely, on PC so I reckon the 128 isn't worth for me, and should stick to the 64, correct?4 - With the Oculus link, the hardware used to play games will be my pc's or oculus quest's?5 - I heard that the Oculus' products (headsets) are sold-out worldwide, but with a bit of research I found this online store that seems to have them in stock (I'm from Europe) and I would love to know if anyone had any experience with this store. Link: https://ift.tt/3h0wIgu - I heard the Oculus quest isn't the most comfortable of Headsets, and I would love to know if you have any "mandatory" customization that would greatly enhance the experience.7 - What are your top 3 MUST PLAY games on Vr? (I really reaally wanna get beat saber and Asgard's Wrath!!)8 - And finally, is it really time to join the VR hype train, or should I wait a bit more? That's it! I really appreciate taking your time to read my newbie lengthy post, and I thank you in advance for any answers you may provide!I'm really honored to be on the verge of joining this wonderful community~!Cheers!

Hello Lads,

As you can tell by the title, I want to begin my VR journey with the Oculus Quest. And to support that sentiment, I have a few questions, but before that a little background:I mainly play on PC, my current specs are a 1660ti, an i5-4960k and 16gb of Ram.

On with the questions!

1 - Do you reckon my current PC setup is at least decent to play Vr, or do I really need some upgrades?

2 - As stated before, I plan on buying the Oculus quest, but from your experience, is there any other Headset you would recommend for me to buy instead? I would like to keep the price range around the quest's but a tad over isn't going to be an issue.

3 - Regarding the Oculus quest, since I will focus mostly, if not entirely, on PC so I reckon the 128 isn't worth for me, and should stick to the 64, correct?

4 - With the Oculus link, the hardware used to play games will be my pc's or oculus quest's?

5 - I heard that the Oculus' products (headsets) are sold-out worldwide, but with a bit of research I found this online store that seems to have them in stock (I'm from Europe) and I would love to know if anyone had any experience with this store. 6 - I heard the Oculus quest isn't the most comfortable of Headsets, and I would love to know if you have any "mandatory" customization that would greatly enhance the experience.

7 - What are your top 3 MUST PLAY games on Vr? (I really reaally wanna get beat saber and Asgard's Wrath!!)

8 - And finally, is it really time to join the VR hype train, or should I wait a bit more?

That's it! I really appreciate taking your time to read my newbie lengthy post, and I thank you in advance for any answers you may provide!

I'm really honored to be on the verge of joining this wonderful community~!

Cheers!
