For those of you with both WMR and a vive or index (or any tracking with base stations) how different are the two methods in your experience?

I am and/or have been having issues with WMR tracking, and I have heard there are similar issues with the index/vive. I'm curious what the experience is of some of you who have had a decent amount of firsthand experience with both.
