You'll see a response to a tweet and it will have 22 comments. When you click on that response, it only shows 2 comments. Where are the rest of them? There's no way to view them all. Also, clicking on the comment number should show the comments, not open a comment box to fill out. Clicking on the comment icon itself should do that.
