So I wanted to cancel a keyboard order to then order a different keyboard. Apparently, a day later is too late to cancel an order. Despite the keyboard not shipping or anything, I have no cancellation options available. You call support, and even when giving the phone line the request to cancel an order, are first taken to an OPERATOR. After that, the operator takes me to the ACCOUNT team. Then the ACCOUNT team CAN'T EVEN cancel my order. So I'm currently waiting on hold to STILL Be transferred to the STORE team to cancel my order.
By comparison, every order I've done from Apple Store is incredibly easy to modify and/or cancel, and the lenient 14 day return policy even allows me to return a fucking laptop if I want to. This is inexcusable. Guess Microsoft hasn't changed since the 00's.
