I can't download the Thunderbolt Control Center from the Microsoft store. I'm about to get a eGPU and i need the Thunderbolt Control Center for the eGPU connection.

So im about to get a eGPU and i need to download the Thunderbolt Control Center on Windows 10. I use the 2004 build right now and i am on a 2015 15" Macbook Pro 455 and a i7 6820HQ. I would like to know why i can't download the Thunderbolt Control Center. Is there any other place i can download the Thunderbolt Control Center from? Thanks
