Help – account locked, code sent to SMS, but no access to that phone umber?

My girlfriend moved home internationally due to quarantine, and she got locked out of her Facebook. A code was sent to her U.S phone number, but she can't retrieve it because she's no longer in the US and is using a different SIM card that links to a different number. How can we fix this? Thank you.
