Anybody know how long it takes for Facebook to respond to a profile or post report?

I have a family member who had a very sick and disturbing post about me on her Facebook. If my employees sees it I could lose my job. My family has already taken it to the police and an attorney. How long will it take for Facebook to take action and delete the post or disable her profile or do anything? I'm getting anxiety for fear of losing my job!
