Random uber charges

I have no idea what is happening, but today my sister asked me if I have used her uber, since she saw random charges on her account totaling about $20 dollars, I did not use her account and decided to check on my bank account for any charges and I saw a total of $325 taken out of my account for uber cash. My other sister just texted me now saying around $50 has been taken out of her account too. We have all contacted our banks and I had to shut down my account, but we’re all so confused??? None of us have our information or accounts linked to each other, does anyone have any idea why this could be happening?
