How can I more easily collect post analytics in a group I don't admin without the cache of already loaded posts clogging up my computer memory?

I'm trying to collect post analytics to measure engagement over time in a group I don't have admin privileges for. As it stands, I'm sorting posts by recent and scrolling down. This works fine for a time, but because of the volume of posts and the amount of time I'm covering (approximately a year and a half), it starts to clog up my memory. I'd like a way to either clear out the cache of already loaded posts above where I am in the group timeline, search posts by date, so I can see all the posts on a specific day or in a given month only, or some other method to make the data collecting process easier.Does anyone have any experience or tips on how to do this?
