Its Corona Time

Because of Corona, I now have to submit all of my college calc and chem assignments electronically. One of the most annoying parts of that is now my surface pro 7 is quite literally useless in the pen aspect of things. I liked taking notes through OneNote and doing my homework problems on OneNote but things have changed.

My questions for yall is: Is there an app or something I can download so that I can draw and write on pdfs or just blank sheets of paper to send into my teacher's for my assignments? Something that functions similar to OneNote?
