$20 tip for 10 min wait at grocery store, and I (passenger) still got a bad rating.

I am currently disabled due to a shattered ankle. For my trip home the other day, I scheduled a stop at the grocery store before home. As soon as I was in the vehicle, I explained my situation, told them I'd tip them $20 if they could wait 15 mins while I'm in the store. He said, "we only get $.06 a minute to wait, you better make it quick.

I did make it quick, but even after giving a $20 cash tip and $5 tip through the app, this person lowered my rating big time.

Was I genuinely wrong in this situation?
