Office 2016 Business: "This product key has already been used" error. Need help

So a while ago, I installed Office on a different (now dead) laptop. Whenever I attempt to install Office on a different computer now, I always get the error "This product key has already been used."

The producy key is NOT associated with any Microsoft accounts, and I would like to keep it that way. How do I remedy this problem without linking my product key to a Microsoft account?
