Look at website that Uber phone automated lady told me to go to for returned item fee

t.uber.com/itemreturned redirects to Google app engine login. And this URL was given to me by Uber automated call line for drivers to call. Can Uber get any more borked? I tried sending for return fee in the app but it just endlessly spun at loading past trips.
