Basically I tried everything disabled superfetch,diagtrac, windows update, flash, and the problem occurs on every single browser and on different files.The occurs when I am downloading 2 files at the same time or just 1 with unaccurate 50% completed, mainly system and antivirus exec, dcom, and many others seem to be the culprit and I am not too sure what to do but, since it happened on google drive I've come here to ask for help
