Trusted Contacts Recovery doesn't seem to work if the account was deactivated.

As title states. When my trusted contacts try to go to the facebook.com/recovery link, they get a box that states "content is unavailable at this time" the same way you would when trying to view any other post that is from a deactivated user.I understand, generally, how this happened from a code perspective but I feel like the recovery portion specifically shouldn't be hidden along with the rest of the profile.Anyone else encounter a problem like this?
