Suspended account

I'm at a loss.

I was traveling with a young child, and had just arrived at the airport. I ordered an Uber and when the guy arrived, he looked at our stuff and asked if it was all ours. I told him it was and he said he had no space and was canceling the trip. We decided to just take a minivan cab and hailed one.

I glance at my phone and see another Uber is on its way. As we had already requested the cab, I clicked to cancel that ride for a $6 fee. I put in a request to dispute that fee and had my account suspended.

I tried to reach out to customer service and they told me that it was likely because I hadn't paid the $6 fee. Of course, it was showing on my CC statement.

I messaged them through Twitter and they kept on telling me to go through customer service. Eventually I got pissed off and let loose.

They have subsequently refused to identify why my account was suspended.

Are these people just really dumb or did I really break some ridiculous rule that they have, that doesn't allow you to dispute a charge. Needless to say, I won't be using them again, but seriously, WTF?
