Should I keep my psvr with the games I already have, or sell those and get the oculus quest?

I'm debating on whether to buy a new Quest or keep my psvr. So my ps4 and psvr play area is in an area of direct sunlight, so the tracking is pretty bad until night time. Although I do have about 7 games on the psvr, 3 or 4 of them in disc form and able to be sold. I also have a charging stand to be sold too along with the two motion controllers. Should I sell these and use the money to buy a new oculus quest? I would be using mods if I got it.
