Not a super long post, but I ordered a $22 meal on UberEats. When it arrived, the drink was spilled all over the food making it edible. Went into the app and made a complaint, attached the photo, etc. Received a $5 credit....are you kidding me? I argue for a refund and was refused so I decided to message Uber on facebook; just another generic response and no refund.
What sort of company pulls this crap? Is there ANYTHING I can do to ever see this money back?
