Locked out of FB account. can't access my email BUT I do have access to my phone number

But Facebook will only send a reset verification to my email. Whether I use my email or phone number as my log in. It only gives me the option to have it email. How can I can get a SMS reset link sent? And if FB only uses email for resets (which would be retarded) what are my options? Can I send in a pic of my ID etc
