International Student

I'm currently living in California but I am moving to Montreal, Canada as a student at Concordia University in August. Am I allowed to be an Uber Driver? What rules are there for international students and uber? It would be a great job to have being in a big city and being able to work with my own schedule so I'm hopeful this will work out
