I can't get in to my account because it keeps asking me to verify my card on file, yet it fails and says invalid payment credentials when I try to verify the card. There is an option for use another card, but that option doesn't actually allow me to put a new card in. I can't get passed this verification screen and I can't use the app. Going to a foreign country in 3 days and would really like this app to work when I get there.
It seems there is no customer service. Thoughts?
