Hotmail - Outlook spam filters broken - anyone heard anything from MS about a fix?

I have refinanced my home loan at least 7 times today, and my car has an extended warranty on its extended warranty which also has an extended warranty... I was really missing out by labeling these excellent offers as “spam”^/s

Anyways I’m turning off Hotmail notifications for now, but has anyone heard anything official from MS about a fix?
