*Urgent* Fraud is using my debit card details

I’ve locked my debit card but however don’t want to cancel it as I’m in a different country and need the card to spend money here. Don’t want to transfer to different accounts nor can I cash out.

How do I delete my debit card from the fraud’s account ? I have the payment information receipt no. on my bank app, will Uber help me in this ?

Also, if I’ve locked my debit card, will Uber still charge me ? Or will they charge me when I’ve unlocked my card ?
