Passenger 4.58 Rating.

I take uber at least twice a week.

I am always there when the driver shows up. I have never, ever kept a driver waiting.

I always tip. Yes, I admit, I sometimes forget but the next day, I tip and it's always the highest amount 25%.

I always rate the drivers 5 stars.

I say Hi. I make a little small talk.

I had one bad interaction with a driver once who kept me waiting for 10 minutes because he kept driving past me. I could literally see him drive by. I was on the phone with him while he was driving by, giving him landmarks, waving my arms. Yeah, I was upset and I let him know it.

So overall, I'm KNOW I've been a good passenger. So I have absolutely NO idea why I've got a 4.58 rating. Please don't tell me I must be delusional. That I must actually be doing something poor in the uber cars like eating, putting my feet up or being obnoxious. I swear that I'm not. My rating used to be like 4.98 until just this past week so I have absolutely no idea how this happened. I have to take an uber tonight and if I have difficulty with getting one, I'll start using lyft.

Any ideas what might've happened?
