Importing CSV file into calendar. All entries come over as ALL DAY EVENTS despite having start/end times. {

I have a CSV file with start/end dates and start/end times but they show up in the calendar as all-day events. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. From what I can tell, I'm using the correct column headers. Also, every event shows up as BUSY. I want them to show up as FREE.
