I have set up my FB page as a business page but now want to change it to be a community. How can I do that? Is it possible?

Hi,I have set my FB up as a business page but now I want it to be a community. I cant delete it as it takes 14 days. I cant create a new page either as they would have the same name and FB won’t make it happen.Moreover, when I use mobile phone, I dont see the About section on my page.Please advise! Thank you all!
