Spam problem

So, im 12/13 and i use skype when playing with my friends, but i keep gettig messages from people asking me for sex or whatever, and sends me a virus link, which is rather annoying considering i have to manually remove from 10 to 500 spam messages every day. Is there something i can do to prevent these messages? Thanks
