Messenger was working fine, now it is not and messages will not deliver. Conversations now appear blank and act as a void

Title summarizes the problem. It was working fine, then I tried sending a few messages to a friend and it stopped. I talked with them a bunch in a group chat, but never 1v1, so maybe that's the issue. Regardless, I've tried reinstalling messenger, and nothing has changed. My internet is fine, and my messages still do no send or even appear on PC. I don't really know what's going on and I can not find any information regarding this issue on Facebook itself. The mod also keeps taking down my posts, so and I'm not sure why, so I'm getting really frustrated. This is my third attempt at posting this. Any information regarding a fix would be great, although, I've tried almost everything I've seen on different sites regarding similar issues.
