Onscreen keyboard keeps popping up

Anyone know how to stop the onscreen keyboard popping up on windows 10? It pops up every time I go to install something Every time I login it’s really annoying

I switch it to disabled in service config I checked the regedit entry is 0 I even checked msconfig And startup on task manager

Any ideas?
